Guests at Holiday Cove Vacation Rentals also enjoy access to a shared boathouse with space for four full-size boats, plus a pier and floating dock that can accommodate additional boats and jet skis. The spacious 25-by-30-foot covered pavilion offers ample seating for family gatherings, reunions, and group events, while the boathouse and pavilion together provide more than 1,600 square feet of shaded outdoor space. Just steps from the sandy beach, the covered deck is the perfect place to relax, take in the stunning Lake Martin views, and keep an eye on the kids as they play.

House #4 is the crown jewel of Holiday Cove. It’s a 5-bedroom/3-bath two story mansion with 2 fully stocked kitchens – one on the main level and one downstairs. This house can easily accommodate 18 guests. The huge porches, decks and living rooms with huge flatscreen TV’s on both upper and lower levels are THE perfect place to relax. As with all the houses, lake access is provided via the common area adjacent to House #4.

House #3 is a single story, 3-bedroom/2-bath open concept beauty. Adorably decorated in Lake Motif, it has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with a big screen TV and a large master bedroom with soaking tub. Lake views from the porch are absolutely spectacular. This house can sleep up to 8 guests.
HOLIDAY COVE #2
House #2 is a 4-bedroom/3-bath two story gem with unbelievable lake views from the porch and deck. It is open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, large farm table where everyone can enjoy meals together and a comfortable living room with the awesome views. The downstairs living room/playroom has an air hockey table, a big screen TV and is decorated in Marvel Motif; so much fun! This house can sleep up to14 guests.

House #1 is a single story, 3-bedroom/2-bath open concept beauty with partial lake views, lake access via the common area that includes the sandy beach with covered deck, kayaks, paddleboats, canoe, boathouse with covered pavilion, docks, boardwalk, picnic areas with firepits and BBQ grills. This house is a few more steps to the lake, but comes with a lower price. This home is ideal for families with small children as there is a large grassy play area directly in front of the house. It’s a great house with all the spectacular amenities and accommodates up to 8 guests.
